CoachTeam as was established by Lene Fjellheim and Thomas Skaalvik in 2002 and started with the first step 1 course in our coach education. The first years, the company mainly focused on one-to-one coaching and our coach education. Thomas left the company in 2006 to travel in Europe.
Ragnhild Nilsen joined as a partner in 2006 and brought her experience of 20 years as a process consultant and Erica Grunnevoll brought 15 years of experience as a consultant and speaker, when she joined as a partner in 2008.

In 2009 CoachTeam's main activities is divided into four areas. Our three-step coach training, internal corporate programs, courses and workshops, team-and one-to-one coaching as well as major speeches and infotainment shows.
