CoachTeam is the brand name of our business. It tells that we are a resourceful team of coaches and consultants who are working towards a common goal:

Our subtitle House of leadership and the slogan “make a difference” is the results of years of fruitful relations with our important customers.
Brief History
In Action was founded in 1992 by Ragnhild Nilsen, and Concentio in 1996 by Erica Grunnevoll. Lene Fjellheim founded the original CoachTeam in 2002. It`s main scope was to provide education and training for managers and coaches. CoachTeam has continued this work through CoachAkademiet, our Coach Academy which is now one of the leading schools in training and development of managers and coaches.
CoachTeam’s primary focus is corporate programs, courses and lectures in communication, motivation, team building, ethics and international leadership programs.
When you engage a coach / consultant / facilitator / lecturer from Coach Team, you will get a truly dedicated person who loves his/her job. We have drive, energy and humor, and we call a spade a spade. We share our expertise and are committed to our customers to achieve your goals and results.
